Novor Ambassador Programme: Empowering University Padel Communities Across the UK

At Novor, we’re not just about delivering padel rackets, we’re passionate about growing the sport from the ground up. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce our latest initiative: the Novor Brand Ambassador Scheme for selected university students across the UK.

Novor was built by university alumni and therefore we understand the pivotal role universities play in shaping the growth of sports and fostering communities. That’s why we’re committed to supporting university padel students who share our enthusiasm for the game, and our mission to make the sport accessible to all.

Our Goals

• Grow the Game from Grassroots Levels: By partnering with university students, we’re laying the foundation for padel’s growth at grassroots levels. Through student led initiatives, events, and tournaments, we aim to introduce more people to the sport and create lasting connections within the padel community.
• Support University Students: As University alumni, we understand the challenges and opportunities that come with student life. That’s why we’re committed to providing support, resources, and opportunities for personal and professional development to our Brand Ambassadors.
• Promote University Padel Leagues and Teams: Our ultimate goal is to grow university padel to the point where we can develop mature, competitive leagues and even BUCS teams. By developing a culture on campus, we’re creating pathways for students to compete at the highest levels and represent their universities across the country.
• Develop a Broader Reach as a Brand: Our Brand Ambassador Scheme allows us to extend our reach and amplify our message across campuses nationwide. By harnessing the power of student networks and social media, we’re spreading the word about Novor and our vision for the future of padel.
• Provide Access to the 361 RG: As part of the Novor team, Brand Ambassadors will have access to our flagship padel racket, the 361 RG. Designed for optimal power and comfort, the 361 RG is the racket to take your game to the next level.
