2.2. Contract Conclusion

By placing an order, you make a binding offer to enter into a contract with us. The automatic order confirmation signifies that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance of your order occurs with a separate delivery confirmation email or when the ordered goods are shipped. The sales contract is confirmed upon the issuance of the delivery confirmation email or the shipment of goods. If we make partial shipments, the sales contract applies only to the confirmed goods in the delivery confirmation. You will be informed separately about the delivery of any remaining items.

 

2.3. Unfulfilled Orders

If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will notify you via email and refund your money.
